1:1 In-Person Coaching

1:1 in-person training clients love this as part of their service. I provide a safe, clean, pleasant studio for you to learn and train in. It is just you and me! It is your time and I want you to be yourself, feel comfortable, and get the individualized attention you need to succeed without the distraction of others. The training floor is all yours and you can even pick your playlist!

Semi-Private Coaching

Perfect for 2 individuals that are at a similar fitness level to train privately together with me. Couples, mother and daughter, best friends can have fun training together and being accountable to one another.

Hardstyle Kettlebell Training

The Hardstyle method is based on specific Russian combat and martial arts principles that are applied to strength training.  Learning Hardstyle strength does not mean that it is more difficult, it means that the approach to training is a very specific skills practice.  The principles are based on tension and relaxation techniques.  In Hardstyle, you learn breathwork, tension, relaxation skills and how to recruit them when each is required in your training.  For example, practicing faster ballistic movements, such as the kettlebell swing, clean and snatch we employ maximal acceleration paired with tension and in slower grind movements such as presses and deadlifts we require maximal tension.  It is a yin-yang approach between the two that allows for greater performance results. These principles can be applied to kettlebell, barbell and bodyweight training.

This is not cookie cutter fitness or a mindless routine that you might see in the group fitness room of an ordinary gym setting. You will learn new skills and apply specialized techniques into your training.  These skills will make you stronger than you believed you could be.  

Functional Training

From the everyday person to an elite athlete, students can achieve the greatest results when learning and applying the valuable skills taught in my approach to functional training. Functional training is about reducing the risk of injury, training the body to perform efficiently, and meeting the demands of everyday life. Functional training focuses on building a foundation to move without restriction or limitation. The programs I create for my students are a customized combination of mobility, stability, and strength. They are specifically sequenced and purposeful. I am proud to coach students and teach them that functional training is intelligent training... for life.

Customized Programming

My customized programming is student specific and based on individual needs and goals.  Both 1:1 in person and 1:1 online students receive this service. I take out all of the guesswork and provide you with specific training that is right for you.  These programs are well thought out, uniquely written and sequenced specifically for the individual.  Should a student present a dysfunction in movement or have pain, I can address the issue and incorporate corrective exercise strategies to alleviate the issue.  This service is a BIG DEAL with clients as they need not train in pain or discomfort.  Having me as their go-to resource, they can move past limitations quickly and feel accomplished and confident at their session. 

Online Programs

1:1 or Semi-Private Live Zoom Coaching

Why not train from the comfort of your own home on your laptop or mobile device over the internet via Zoom? Having this convenience is perfect for those individuals that are at a distance but still need me with you during your session.

1:1 DIY Online Programs

Do it yourself (DIY) training is perfect for you if you like to train on your own time with customized programming. This is a popular service that clients love. Train anywhere, anytime with me as your coach. Each training day is planned out for you with programming & videos. Depending on your needs I will customize it for you.

Rehabilitative Services

NeuroKinetic Therapy

This is an amazing skill that I use to confirm my findings in the assessment process.  This is a therapy based on testing movement patterns, working with the nervous system and finding dysfunctions and how they relate to pain, injury, improper movement and more. 

Muscles are tested based on their action and fiber direction.  I am looking for dysfunction between muscle groups – one muscle may be over-working (facilitated) to compensate for another under-working (inhibited).  By a specific way of testing, I can find the answers to confirm what is needed as far as a corrective strategy.

This tool is invaluable to me and my clients.  We test.  We do not guess.  Not every muscle needs to be stretched!  A weak muscle can be weak, long and tight!  This therapy always wows my clients.  The best part is that they are involved and learn about their bodies and how it is supposed to feel when muscles function properly.

Restorative & Corrective Exercise

This is a service I provide for all new clients that come to me for training or individuals that need help with post-surgical/PT care, chronic conditions such as shoulder, knee, or back pain. 

I apply both keen visual and hands on skills to assist in finding a solution.  Based on my assessment and findings, selfcare strategies and exercises may be assigned per each individuals’ needs. The results are aimed at developing your awareness and/or restoring your movement quality. 

These strategies and exercises are always taught to a client and assigned for homework. I will then re-evaluate at the next session to see if improvement has been achieved. The goal is to get past this phase. The restorative & corrective approach may be utilized throughout someone’s journey on as needed basis.  It is always important for me to evaluate an individuals’ self-care & movement throughout their health & training journey.

I am a Whole-Body practitioner.Ā  As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Healthcare Provider in the State of NH, I am able to offer various hands-on modalities to help my clients:

  • Enhance their body's ability to heal itself
  • Reduce pain and inflammation
  • Increase energy level and overall well-being

I educate and guide my clients to help them feel empowered to learn about their bodies, understand anatomy and take charge of their own health.Ā Ā

How to release surgical scar tissue adhesions to assist them in restoring proper movement function post-surgical procedures.

Self-care massage and acupressure techniques to aid in improving digestion and moving lymphatic flow.
