The Physical & Spiritual Body
Aug 29, 2022As a Coach and trainer of the physical body, I help my students move better, achieve strength & confidence through the power of education & purposeful training. I have been inspired by so many great authors & mentors over the years. I am fascinated with the human body as well as the spiritual body.
Our strong physical musculature gives us the power to navigate the external world more effectively and gain the power to move. Our strong spiritual musculature gives us the power to navigate our internal world where we gain the power to be still, calm & clear.
As my journey and my business has evolved, I have found a way to teach what I have learned through my own healing and develop protocols where I am able to incorporate the physical & spiritual body as part of my services. Students often times don’t realize they need to work on the internal to achieve the external results they desire. I am truly a whole body practitioner & coach.
When we are strong physically and spiritually we can serve more, be happier, live better & feel good. It is a great feeling and I want more of it!
We are all on our own journey, but I am sure this exercise can apply to everyone.
(Inspired by “A Course in Miracles” ~Marianne Williamson)
With every thought we think, we either extend love or project fear into the world. Taking a few simple principles and applying them to our daily lives lifts us above the turmoil of the world:
“Ask Every Morning of Your God:
"Where would you have me go?
What would you have me do?
What would you have me say, and to whom?"
We never know what a day will bring. Some days flow just right, and others throw us some unexpected challenges. We have up days, down days and in between days. How we choose to handle those days is up to us.
I hope this exercise helps you understand that every event in our lives was meant for us. We are given choices, challenges, calm and chaos. It is Life.
Go out and be a good human, have patience, be kind, to yourself & others, treat your body with respect, think before you react and just love…it truly is our greatest strength.
The love in me salutes the love in you.
Love & Strength,
